- Hospharma Dispensing booth is a kind of laminar flow filtration cabin which is employed in dispensing, sampling and weighing of powders and chemicals in pharma, biotech and chemical industries. Such units work on reverse laminar flow working principle and provide protection to operators, products / samples and surrounding environment.
- Low Noise Level, High Airflow Capacity & Easy to Change Filters.
- Complete Structure made with heavy duty SS 304/ SS 316 Quality.
- Available in Fully S.S 304 GMP Model.
- Air Flow Rate: 0.45 + 0.1m/sec.
- HEPA filtration unit provides Class 100 air quality with 99.999 % efficiency for particles >0.3 μm
- Pre-Filter provides 85 %efficiency for particles >0.5 μm (Cleanable).
- Intermediate Filter: Branded Make EU 7 rating with suitable (size having efficiency 90% down to 3 micron).
- Exhaust Filter: HEPA Filter having EU 13 or EU14 rating with suitable si having efficiency 99.997& down to 0.3 micron.
- High efficient Blower centrifugal type with lifetime lubricated bearings. Motor Blower Assembly is Statically & Dynamically balanced with suitable rating and size. (Induction motor with centrifugal blower) A Mounting unique spring suspension system to take care of vibration and noise.
- Side Panels are Double skinned PUFF insulated side panels.
- Branded Magnehelic Gauge available to check Filter Pressure.
- ON/OFF Switch for Blower, U.V. Germicidal tube & fluorescent light along with Hour meter for UV light.
- Mains power socket (16A) available in all the models.
- We also offer number of optional features and accessories with our Dispensing Booth such Microprocessor LCD Controller with timer & Digital display for air flow rate
